1. Returns

1.4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1.5. Returns are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to deny any return request if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.

2.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider's policies.
